Wendy lives near Matlock and is the author of ten Sunday Times bestselling novels. She began her writing career with light comedies; more recently, she moved into more historical works. Wendy is currently working on 'The Queen’s Painter', about Hans Holbein and his patron,
Anne Boleyn.
