This group is only open to current members of Belper & District u3a.

The existing Garden Lovers group is so popular that it has been decided to run a second group, visiting gardens of interest, normally by coach, within an approximate two hour journey of Belper (unless there is a garden or show of particular interest that would require travelling further as an exception).

This second group will meet on the second Wednesday of the month starting in April 2026, with five visits taking place between April and August 2026.

The programme of visits will be decided by the group at a social meeting later on this year when we have established the membership, members of the group will take an active role in suggesting gardens to visit and in planning the trip and volunteer to organise visits with the assistance of the Group Co-ordinators.

There will be costs involved to pay for travel and garden/venue entry and will vary dependent on the take up of members and the venue entry fee.
