This group is only open to current Members of the Belper and District u3a.

We meet weekly on Saturday Mornings at 10.30-11.30am. Open to members of Belper u3a only.

A charge is made every few weeks to cover the cost of room hire.

It is more comfortable to wear loose clothing and trainers or soft shoes.

We learn well known forms of Tai Chi and enjoy practising them together.
