The information on this page is for members of Belper & District u3a whose membership expired on 31st December 2025.

MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS

To renew your membership for the year commencing 1st January 2026 the rates are:-

• Individual Membership - £10
• Associate Membership - £ 6.50

HOW TO RENEW

Current members received an email or letter on 1st January 2026 with full details of how to renew. The information below is a reminder.

OPTION 1 - RENEW ONLINE USING THE MEMBERS PORTAL

Use this option if you want to pay by credit or debit card, or a PayPal account. See link on the About the Members Portal page for instructions.

• When you renew online you will receive an email acknowledging your renewal and an attachment containing your membership card.
• If you know how to use the Members Portal, go straight to the Members Portal Login.
• If you haven't used the Members Portal before, need a reminder or have problems logging in, go to the About the Members Portal page where you will find advice and troubleshooting tips.

OPTION 2 - BY BANK TRANSFER.

If you joined or renewed by this method before, Belper & District u3a should already be set up on your bank account as one of your 'Payees'.
If you have not joined or renewed by bank tranfer before then please refer to the renewal email/letter which was sent out by the Membership Secretary for the u3a bank details. This information is also available on the 2026 New Membership Application Form.

OPTION 3 - RENEW by POST

Use this option if you want to pay by cheque or postal order.

Send a cheque made payable to Belper & District U3A. On the back of the cheque or in a covering note please write:-

i. The name or names of members renewing

ii. Post Code for each of the above names

iii. Current membership number/s (as on your membership card)

The cheque should be sent to:- Belper & District u3a Treasurer (the address is in your renewal email/letter).

MEMBERSHIP CARDS

• Members renewing online via the Members Portal will receive their membership card as an attachment to the email acknowledging their renewal, which they can print out or save to their smartphone.
• If you require a physical Membership card, one can be sent out to you on request if you provide a Self-Addressed Envelope with a stamp attached (details in your membership renewal email/letter).
